3 Eye Care Tips to Keep Your Eyes Healthy During Fall 

There are many ways to celebrate and enjoy this season, with variety of indoor and outdoor activities. To make sure your eyes stay healthy, follow these tips to avoid getting eye irritations or infections.
1- Eat a healthy, balanced diet containing plenty of fruits and vegetables, such as apples, cauliflower, pears and turnips.

2- Wear protective eyewear or goggles when you rake or blow leaves. Pieces of plant material can get into the eyes and cause an eye infection.

3- Keep wearing your sunglasses to avoid sun damage to the eyes. UV radiation can increase the risk of cataracts and age-related macular degeneration.
